BetMGM is Increasing its iGaming Services to Recapture the Top Rank in Michigan
BetMGM’s 39-month reign as Michigan’s leading iGaming operator is coming to an end. In both March and April, FanDuel outperformed BetMGM in monthly revenue.
Since the launch of Michigan online casinos, BetMGM has produced approximately $1.8 billion in revenue, far exceeding any other operator. FanDuel ranks second in lifetime Michigan iGaming revenue with $1.05 billion, a staggering $747.2 million differential.
In the previous few months, FanDuel has surpassed $50 million in monthly iGaming earnings in Michigan. FanDuel led the state in online casino revenue in March and April, not BetMGM.
MGM is conscious that it is losing market share and has agreed to a new relationship with GameCode in the hopes of reclaiming the top spot in Michigan. BetMGM Michigan now offers the entire GameCode slot game suite. Previously, only a few games were available, with more scheduled to be added later. That promise has already come to pass.
